Label Yourself

Wednesday, January 16th, 2008

Think about it. People are going to label you. They might stereotype you too. It’s a fact of life. People don’t want to have to think up a paragraph-long description every time someone asks them what you do. We’re lazy and we have short attention spans. That’s not going to change.

So, why don’t you take control of what labels people associate with your name? If someone’s going to stick labels on you, it might as well be you.

So, here goes. I’m a business consultant, a project manager, a writer, an artist, a marketing conceptualizer, a brainstormer, a questioner, and of course, an introverted entrepreneur.

So, hopefully some of those labels will stick. Give it a try.
